Engagements and quotes

Any figures discussed on this site or in conversation are estimates until confirmed in a written proposal. Each engagement is defined by its own scope document covering deliverables, timeline, fees and payment schedule. That document takes precedence over anything stated here.

Client responsibilities

• Provide timely access to the stores, accounts and assets required for the work.
• Confirm that content, product data and images you supply are yours to use.
• Give feedback within the review windows agreed in the scope document.

Payment

Unless agreed otherwise, work begins after the deposit stated in the proposal is received. Remaining balances are due as set out in that proposal. Work may pause where invoices remain unpaid.

Ownership and confidentiality

On full payment, the deliverables produced for you are yours to use. We keep your commercial information confidential, and we publish case studies only with your written approval and with real figures.

Liability

We work carefully, but we cannot guarantee specific revenue or conversion outcomes, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
